TPAPT is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Tutoring Sales & Service role. This position involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their tutoring needs, and providing excellent customer service throughout the tutoring placement process.

Compensation: $20/hr-$25/hr + quarterly bonus

20-35/week

Our advising role is the key to students success and growth for the company. An advisor helps guide students and parents through out the entire process from matching them to the best fit tutor to helping them figure out which test they should be preparing to take. This role is both customer service and sales. You get the opportunity to be a part of the student's success throughout the entire process and celebrate when they hit their goal.

• Associates degree/Bachelors preferred
• Passion to help others reach their goal
• Team player
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferably in the education space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Familiarity with tutoring or education services is a plus
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Interact with prospective and current clients to assess tutoring needs
• Provide detailed information about tutoring programs, schedules, and pricing
• Coordinate tutor-student matching based on subject expertise and availability
• Handle inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the tutoring team to ensure high-quality service delivery
