Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative
The EVERSANA / Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. The Representative will engage Health Care Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers in face‑to‑face discussions with the goal of promoting the assigned products, maximizing sales potential, and meeting or exceeding all goals and objectives. The Representative is expected to possess a high level of product, customer, and territory knowledge and will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university; focus in business, life sciences, or clinical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales experience, or B2B sales experience, or prior experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory.
- Consistent track record of quantifiable and documented sales accomplishments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within an assigned geography.
- Solid and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good business judgment and discretion, and analyze and address territory opportunities.
- Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application preferred.
- Computer skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time; up to a 2‑hour radius from headquarters city; some overnight travel may be required.
