We focus on helping investors buy and sell income producing buildings. Our clients own $1–30 million properties and are “Main Street” investors. They could be your parents, a retired couple, a podiatrist, or a professional athlete; they all own investment real estate for passive income. We divide each major city into smaller submarkets and put an adviser into each area to build a level of expertise and provide transaction services when local investors have a profitable opportunity or need our assistance solving a problem.

Schedule:

This is a full‑time opportunity to build a business (50–60+ hrs per week). Expect to work nights and weekends as needed to complete the mission.
