• Turnover/cleaning of sauna suites as soon as sessions conclude.
• Follow up with leads via phone calls and texts, making a minimum of 20 outbound calls per shift to prospective guests and existing leads to schedule intro sessions.
• Conduct studio tours for first visits.
• Explain membership options and recommend the best fit for each guest.
• Confidently ask for the sale.
• Work toward individual and studio performance goals.
• Towel folding.

• Thoroughly clean and reset private sauna suites after every session.
• Fold, organize, and restock towels throughout the day.
• Restock amenities and supplies.
• Ensure every room is fully prepared before the next guest arrives.
• Continuously monitor the studio for cleanliness and presentation.
