Members experience virtually instructed 30‑minute isometric sessions and 15‑minute HIIT sessions that combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise to maximize results in less time. In addition to unlimited HOTWORX sessions, members have access to the Functional Exercise ("FX") Zone for added training before, after, or between sauna workouts.
The franchise model offers entrepreneurs a scalable way to help members achieve their health and fitness goals with convenient, affordable studio access.
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager role based in Westminster, CO. The Sales Manager leads daily membership sales activities, including prospecting, responding to inquiries, conducting studio tours, and closing new memberships. This role manages the sales pipeline, tracks key performance metrics, and ensures consistent follow‑up with leads to drive revenue and membership growth.
The Sales Manager collaborates with studio leadership on local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and promotional events to increase brand awareness. Additional responsibilities include supervising front‑desk sales processes, training team members on sales techniques, and maintaining a welcoming, member‑focused studio environment.
Qualifications- Proven sales and customer service skills, including experience closing sales and managing a sales pipeline.
- Team leadership and coaching abilities, with experience training staff on sales processes and performance standards.
- Basic marketing and outreach skills, such as participating in local events, social media promotion, and referral programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills suitable for a member‑focused fitness environment.
- Organizational and time‑management skills, including maintaining schedules, tracking metrics, and handling multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or retail membership sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a studio setting with infrared heat and fitness equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
