Territory Manager, MEP - Denver, CO

The JobAs a Territory Manager, MEP, you will manage a territory of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing accounts or a combination. You will manage accounts, daily activities, and in-person visits. Build relationships with key decision makers, drive top-line sales, and leverage territory relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned business in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing groups.
- Execute strategic plans using Go-to-Market strategy, product service, marketing programs, and targeted funds.
- Call on key customers daily, traveling to distributors, customers, events, etc.
- Achieve sales targets for Power Tools, Hand Tools, Accessories, and Support Key Regional Chains.
- Establish key relationships with internal teams, distribution, and end users.
- Leverage field resources, conduct distributor and end-user product training, and identify end-user conversions.
- Gain knowledge on channel-specific pricing structures and programming.
- Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing.
- Manage T&E and MAP budgets and field schedule.
- Use to document work plans, visit logs, and maintain customer master data accuracy.
- Analyze Power BI and Sales Force data to develop strategic growth plans.
- Understand Power BI and various MS Office software.
Ideal candidate:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in product, commercial or industrial sales.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.
- Goal-oriented, driven to provide results and grow sales.
- Strong product and market knowledge to drive sales and gain share.
- Flexible to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in promotional and event success using creativity.
- Knowledge of IT business systems (, etc.) and Microsoft applications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR screening.
- Ability to pass drug and criminal background checks.

Salary range: $67,200.00 - $ (total target cash compensation includes base salary and variable). The role is eligible for sales incentive plan or commission. The range may vary for other locations.
