Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $27/hr guaranteed bonus of $1,750/month for the first 6 months + $16/hour base (averaging $27/hour). Uncapped commissions with no limits on your earnings!
- Earning Potential: Average $60,000 - $75,000 annually; top performers earn $100,000-$125,000+.

Your Role:
As a Sales & Client Success Representative, you'll be the trusted advisor for our clients—combining exceptional customer service with consultative sales to drive retention, referrals, and long-term success in their home ownership journey.
- Build Lasting Client Relationships: Deliver friendly, expert coaching and support throughout the loan readiness and home buying process, ensuring clients feel supported and achieve strong outcomes.
- Drive Retention & Wins: Proactively re-engage past clients, turn potential cancellations into loyal advocates, and maximize program value through persuasive, value-focused conversations.
- Generate Referrals Organically: Leverage every positive interaction to confidently ask for and secure high-quality referrals and new enrollments.
- Meet Performance Goals: Consistently hit retention, reactivation, and referral targets to unlock uncapped commissions while contributing to company growth.
- Outbound Impact: Lead targeted campaigns to reconnect with clients and help more families qualify for the loans they deserve.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven success in roles that blend customer service excellence with sales/results (e.g., account management, client retention, inside sales, or consultative phone work).
- Excellent phone presence—friendly, professional, persuasive, and great at active listening and building rapport.
- Resilience, quick problem-solving, and a positive mindset that thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Genuine passion for helping people achieve financial and home ownership goals.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with phone-based, office work.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales, client retention, account management, or high-touch customer service.
- Proficiency in Spanish highly preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen (Colorado-friendly)
- Reliable commute to our Westminster, CO 80234 office (must be able to work fully on-site).
