Responsibilities
- Build strong business relationships at key Customers, customer-facing Distributor Reps, and 3rd Party Sales Team Partner levels
- Drive sales growth and impact distribution
- Encourage and support relationships with Customer, MDS Sales Team, and Distribution
- Analyze sales data specific to geography and report data analysis to sales leadership and distribution management
- Manage national/regional distribution event coverage and training programs
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in relevant sales field preferred
- Experience in key account management or strategic marketing preferred
- Prior experience in medical products required
- Strong influencing and critical thinking skills
- Ability to establish positive relationships with internal and customer partners
Demonstrates expertise in key account management and strategic marketing within the medical products industry, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth. Proficient in analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions and enhance distribution effectiveness.
