Job Summary

• Engage customers enthusiastically, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continuously.

Base Pay: $18.90 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $26.59 per hour. Sales compensation offers potential upsides above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
