Group Sales Manager

Role Description The Group Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Double Tree by Hilton in Westminster, CO. This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and securing group business, including meetings, events, and room blocks, to maximize revenue and market share. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, association, and leisure group clients.

The Group Sales Manager collaborates closely with revenue management, catering, and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting, seamless event execution, and high guest satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in local networking and industry events, and accurately reporting sales activities to meet individual and hotel performance goals.

• Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with a focus on group business, meetings, or events.
• Strong skills in relationship building, client account management, and negotiation to secure and grow group business.
• Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and use of CRM or sales management systems; familiarity with revenue management principles is beneficial.
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across sales, catering, and operations teams.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple deadlines, proposals, and contracts simultaneously.
• Prior experience in a branded hotel environment preferred; knowledge of Hilton systems and standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Westminster, CO, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend client events and networking activities.
