We are looking for people who are outgoing and able to provide a positive experience with excellent customer service in what can be difficult and often stressful situations at a variety of events and venues.

Hourly Pay: Starting at $19.29

Event Staff Responsibilities
  • Accepting tickets and validating wristbands for access
  • Scanning bar‑coded tickets
  • Checking identification
  • Pat‑downs and checking bags, heavy cartons, and other belongings before patrons and vendors enter venues
  • Answering questions and giving directions
  • Monitoring entry points for proper credentials and restricting access to areas
  • Setting up and moving equipment and supplies
  • Traffic control and directing attendees to parking spots
  • Advanced problem solving
  • Retention and ejection of problem guests
  • Monitor and protect assets and guests from harm
  • Thorough report writing describing all incidents
Event Staff Requirements
  • Stand in one place for several hours at a time
  • Bend over, stretch, and reach overhead and floor level repeatedly for several hours at a time
  • Understand and follow detailed instructions
  • Have excellent listening skills
  • Understand and speak the English language clearly
  • Use a 2‑way radio efficiently
  • Use websites, e‑mail, text messaging, and social media proficiently

Hourly Pay: Licensed Guards Starting at $20.00

Security Guard Responsibilities
  • Remain in one place for several hours at a time
  • Deescalate frustrations and stressful situations on the part of patrons and vendors

Hourly Pay: Starting at $20/hr while working as a Certified Flagger, otherwise normal event staff or licensed security pay.

Flagger Duties

Flaggers shall be available to stop traffic, advise the motorist of any delay, and to keep vehicles in the proper lanes along the event area. The flagger is responsible for safeguarding event goers, pedestrians, his fellow workers on the job, warning motorists of dangers ahead, and guiding them safely through the event area.

Essential Functions

Must have strong verbal communication skills, ability to read and write, good eye‑hand coordination, and the ability to quickly respond appropriately to unexpected events. Employees need to be able to work without direct supervision. As this job may require long periods of standing and being subjected to adverse weather conditions, it is important that the flagger is in good physical condition.

It is essential that the employee has good eyesight (corrected vision if needed) and hearing.

Equipment and Work Aids

Position requires the use of stop/slow paddle, hard hat, reflective vest, rain gear, safety cones, safety signs, radio, and vehicle.

Competencies Required to Perform Job

Employees must have a valid Flagger Certification card issued in the state of Colorado and a valid driver license.

Standing Requirements

Constant standing throughout the shift. Position may require standing for periods greater than two hours at a time, for a total of greater than eight hours. No sitting permitted while performing flagging.

Position Requirements
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • You must have a current Traffic Control Flagger card, issued in the state of Colorado.
  • You must have a current and valid Driver’s License.
