What You’ll Be Responsible For- Review jobs and routes for the day
- Arrive prepared with proper equipment
- Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers
- Travel safely and efficiently between jobs
- Execute high-quality window cleaning using proper safety techniques
- Delegate tasks when working with a teammate
- Place Glide signage at each job site
- Perform detailed touch-ups and a final walk-around
- Communicate results and feedback to customers
- Maintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organized
- Report vehicle or equipment issues
- Secure vehicles, keys, and equipment at the end of the day
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service
- Comfortable working independently and on a team
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
