Manage, troubleshoot, and diagnose the design, repairs, planning and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings;
Plan, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs;
Troubleshoots, evaluates and makes recommendations for to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities;
Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems;
Understands and complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits
