Facilities Maintenance Professional

• 2-4 years of experience Manages, troubleshoots and diagnoses the design, repairs, planning and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings.
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
• Troubleshoots, evaluates and makes recommendations for to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities.
• Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems.
• Understands and complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits.
• High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed
