HVAC Installer

We are currently looking for the next Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have residential install experience with a good record of completing jobs efficiently and right the first time. Pay Range: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs + Benefits

Benefits:
Health (70% employee / 50% family company paid), Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, Phone, Uniform, Training, Retirement plan with company contribution, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 48 hours)

Required Qualifications:

* Residential install experience a plus

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

* Completion of HVAC training preferred

* Basic computer proficiency

* Great communication skills, friendly

* Willingness to sell add-ons

* NATE Certified is a plus
