COMMERCIAL HVAC & REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

$28.00 - $45.00+ per hour (Up to $110,000+ total potential)

Are you an HVAC tech ready to master the commercial kitchen? If you have at least one year of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC and are looking for more variety and better support, Reed Restaurant Repair is the place to be. We provide the backup, technical support, and organized dispatch you need to succeed.

• Service and maintain RTUs, split systems, and make‑up air units.
• Diagnose and repair walk‑ins, reach‑ins, and ice machines.
• Maintain hot‑side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills).
• Work independently while staying connected via our mobile app.

• At least 1+ year of field experience in HVAC or refrigeration.
• EPA certification required.
• Clean driving record, background check, and own basic hand tools.

• Hourly pay $28.00 - $45.00 + overtime and performance bonuses.
