• You're not enrolled in HVAC/R trade school (or haven't graduated yet)
• You struggle with physical work or don't enjoy being on your feet

• You're currently enrolled in HVAC/R school (at least 75% complete) or recently graduated
• You enjoy working with your hands and fixing things

• You're not afraid to get dirty, break a sweat, and push yourself to grow

• Perform regular cleanings and checkups on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Keep track of jobs and parts with our simple mobile tools
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Shadow experienced techs and ask thoughtful questions
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked service van

• $25–28 per hour, depending on your experience
• Company‑provided tools, uniforms, and van
