Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems;
Complete daily work orders and respond to emergencies;
Install, repair, and replace electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, locks, shelving;
Communicate status of work orders to planning and coordinate with maintenance team;
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with coordination of Maintenance Department and training other personnel
