Primosis Services Corporation is a leading provider of critical infrastructure services to the utility, energy, and renewables markets across the United States and Canada. Q3 Contracting, a division of the company, provides turnkey services for customers in the gas, oil, electric, and telecommunications industry. We are actively hiring a Concrete Foreman based in our Grand Junction, Colorado office. This role requires frequent travel within the western slope of Colorado.
Key Responsibilities- Daily supervision of work crew(s) to complete scheduled work in a timely and safe manner.
- Lead and take responsibility for field operations, ensuring crew meets project timelines and budget.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report to management.
- Operate and maintain various sizes of construction equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Drug‑free environment; all candidates submitted to drug testing.
- Understanding of safety zones around equipment such as backhoes, bore rigs, and air compressors.
- Prior construction knowledge required.
- Knowledge of restoration and concrete procedures.
- 1+ year of experience directly supervising employees.
- 3+ years working in construction or the utility distribution industry.
- Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds.
- Standing, walking, and working on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing continuously.
- Exposure to outside weather conditions, wet or humid environments, cold, heat, and loud noise.
- Frequent exposure to slow or fast‑moving traffic.
