As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check‑ups, you’ll use your hands‑on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry‑wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Respond promptly and professionally to assigned work order requests.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to issues that need to be addressed.

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
• CPO Certification (desired or mandatory depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
• A collaborative, solutions‑focused “can‑do” attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

The expected compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. This range is a good‑faith estimate; the actual pay may vary based on factors such as knowledge, training, skills, location, and experience.
