What You’ll DoAs a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check‑ups, you’ll use your hands‑on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.
Your Day‑to‑Day May Include- Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry‑wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
- Respond promptly and professionally to assigned work order requests.
- Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to issues that need to be addressed.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
- CPO Certification (desired or mandatory depending on property).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational and time‑management abilities.
- A collaborative, solutions‑focused “can‑do” attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

The expected compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. This range is a good‑faith estimate; the actual pay may vary based on factors such as knowledge, training, skills, location, and experience.
