Service Technician - Westbury

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per safety standards;
Make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspection and punch list management;
Access and manage materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from maintenance by tracking inventory and notifying supervisor for re-orders;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed;
Assist in cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently
