Commercial kitchen refrigeration never stops, which means steady, reliable 40+ hour weeks, regular overtime opportunities, and absolutely zero seasonal slowdowns.

• Commercial refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, and display cases
• Commercial HVAC:
  Rooftop units (RTUs), make-up air systems, split systems, and exhaust hoods
• Commercial ice machines:
  Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, and Follett (diagnostics, sanitation, and component repair)
• Food service equipment:
  Gas, electric, and steam cooking equipment, warewashing, and specialty restaurant equipment.
  No prior commercial hot-side cooking equipment experience required--if you have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, we will fully train you on hot side!

• Start From Home: Roll out in your fully stocked take-home service van with your daily calls dispatched directly to your tablet.
• Efficient Routing: Run commercial service calls at restaurants, hospitality venues, and commercial kitchens across the Denver metro area without crisscrossing town all day.
• Diagnostics & True Repairs: Troubleshoot low-voltage wiring, mechanical failures, compressor burnouts, TXVs, and airflow issues. You make real repairs, not quick band-aids.
• Office & Parts Alignment: Submit parts requests directly through your work order. Our parts coordinator steps in to source, quote, and stage components so you can complete your repair without endless phone tag.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate directly and honestly with kitchen managers and restaurant owners so they understand the repair and trust our work.
• Clear Wrap-Up: Complete simple, accurate job notes on your tablet before heading to your next call or wrapping up for the day.

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following experience paths:

• Track A: Completed an accredited HVAC/R Trade School Program PLUS at least 1 full year of independent field service experience (residential or commercial).
• Track B: 5+ years of hands-on commercial service experience in the field.

Additional requirements:

• Hand Tools: Must own and provide your own standard hand tools, meters, and diagnostic gauges (we provide major equipment, recovery machines, vacuum pumps, and specialized tools).
• Universal EPA Certification: Current Universal EPA certification is mandatory.
• Strong Electrical & Refrigeration Diagnostics: Ability to read schematics, run low-voltage diagnostics, test motors, check superheat and subcooling, and troubleshoot commercial systems.
• Valid Driver's License: A clean, insurable motor vehicle record is required to drive our company vehicles.
• Positive Attitude & Accountability: A dependable, professional mindset, high pride in craftsmanship, and great communication with customers and dispatch.

• Base Pay: $30.00 - $47.00 per hour, directly based on commercial experience, diagnostic ability, and certifications
