We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team. The engineer will be responsible for testing new and existing features. You will be constantly challenged to learn and innovate while delivering technology that will change law enforcement and corporate security organizations around the globe. Job Type

Full-time, Exempt
- Carry out testing, verification, and validation of the application, including developing test plans to ensure successful deployment of updates. (20‑40% of time – sprint team work)
- Develop, update, and maintain automated tests to fully validate new and existing software features. (20‑40% of time – automation team work)
- Work closely with the engineering team – including performing deep dives into complex functionality – to ensure quality and reliability. (10‑20% of time)
- Continually improve the testing sufficiency and efficiency by enhancing testing tools and test methodologies.
- Actively and independently acquire and analyze data for process improvements
- Manage your work through the use of Gitlab, Jira, and our automated CI/CD pipelines
- Work in an Agile and highly collaborative environment
Requirements
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of test design, planning, and resolving test automation debt
- Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
- Motivated self‑starter who can identify issues, research solutions, and bring them to the team for implementation
- The ability to work well with a small, agile, highly competent team
- Have a strong understanding of Agile principles and concepts
- Experience with JavaScript and Java (Preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) (Preferred)
- Experience with Linux (Preferred)
- Experience with java script based test automation frameworks (Webdriver.io, Cypress, jest, Selenium – 2 years professional experience)
- Experience testing no‑code configurable SAS products (Preferred)
Desired Skills
- X‑ray or Zephyr test management plugin for Jira experience
- Postman experience
Required Experience
- 2‑5 years of experience in software development testing
