Golf Course Superintendent

Westminster Golf and Country Club is a public 18-hole golf course seeking an experienced and motivated Golf Course Superintendent to join our hardworking and community-oriented team. Westminster is being purchased by Concord Golf Properties. Concord currently runs two successful public golf operations in Connecticut and one in Illinois. We are seeking an individual to join our growing portfolio. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance, conditioning, and presentation of the golf course.

The Superintendent will work closely with the Director of Agronomy to plan and execute golf course maintenance. The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of course maintenance, including pre-season preparation for spring opening, daily course conditioning, irrigation oversight, and execution of small projects and improvements. Responsibilities also include training and managing maintenance staff and ensuring the safe and proper application of chemicals.

A valid spray license is required.

This position is year-round. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality playing experience while being an active part of a close-knit club and local community.

Must have or be able to obtain a MA Spray license within 60 Days.
