POSITION PURPOSE / IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION

The Youth Camp Supervisor is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of an exciting, safe, and fun-filled experience for participants in the Youth and Teen program. This position oversees the day‑to‑day work of adult staff who work with a specific age group of campers. This position works at our Seasonal Camps throughout the year. Supervisors are scheduled to work 40 hours per week between 6:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Staff cannot take more than five (5) days of unpaid time off during Camp.

Recreation staff have the primary responsibility of ensuring the safety of program participants. This position is classified as safety‑sensitive due to the nature of the work. Employees may be subject to random drug testing and/or heightened supervision per the personnel policies and rules.

The availability of work hours for this position will be determined by program length, weather, and budget. The full salary range for this position is stated above. The starting range of pay is dependent on qualifications and experience of each candidate.
