Job Description

Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to support our inter-campus transportation program. The driver will be responsible for transporting employees and visitors between the Automall and Nobel Drive campuses using a golf cart, minivan, or transit van.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers between designated campus locations.
• Operate company vehicles, including golf carts, minivans, and transit vans, in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a consistent shuttle schedule and provide timely transportation services.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-service-oriented demeanor at all times.
• Ensure passenger safety and adhere to all applicable safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving, shuttle, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate various passenger vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a regular transportation schedule.

This role is critical to ensuring efficient and safe transportation between our campus locations while providing a positive experience for all passengers.
