ResponsibilitiesOwn our insurance world

Manage workers’ compensation, property, and liability coverages; coordinate renewals; review invoices; and keep policies rock-solid.Protect people and data
:
Handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity—no exceptions.Keep us compliant & covered
:
Track City vehicles, properties, and equipment for insurance purposes; review certificates of insurance; coordinate and monitor claims.Support a safe workforce
:
Coordinate respirator fit testing, hearing testing, drug & alcohol testing, and maintain driving records (including CDL files).Spot risk early
:
Investigate incidents, identify trends, and recommend smart solutions that reduce exposure and keep employees safe.
Have strong experience with insurance coverages (workers’ comp, property, liability).
Are detail-driven, organized, and trusted with highly confidential information
.Know your way around driving records, DOT/CDL requirements, and OSHA-mandated programs
.Enjoy balancing desk work with real-world coordination across departments.
