Experienced Parts Advisor

Buchanan Kia is seeking an Experienced Parts Advisor to join our team in Westminster, MD. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is passionate about automotive parts and delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in supporting our service department by ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers with their parts needs.

• Assist customers by identifying and providing the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Manage parts inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing parts efficiently.
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues related to parts orders.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and delivery.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
