Automotive Service Advisor

Buchanan Kia is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Westminster, MD. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently. You will work closely with our service technicians and management to schedule appointments, communicate service needs, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their automotive service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage work orders with attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues, service recommendations, pricing, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with automotive service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or customer service training is a plus.
