About Caples Car Care

Caples Car Care is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician to join its busy Westminster shop.

If you can handle diagnostics and repairs independently and consistently produce hours, you'll have the workload to put those skills to use. The shop services approximately 75 vehicles per week, primarily Domestic and Asian, with a mix of about 60% maintenance and 40% diagnostic work.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability and vehicle concerns
• Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Complete engine, transmission, and differential repairs
• Use Snap-on and Autel diagnostic equipment
• Produce 40+ billable hours per week
• Work with the Shop Foreman and technician team to complete quality repairs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with Snap-on and Autel scan tools
• Ability to consistently produce 40+ billable hours per week
• Team-oriented approach to quality repairs
