Experienced Service Technician

Buchanan Kia is seeking an Experienced Service Technician to join our team in Westminster, MD. In this role, you will use your expertise to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow technicians and service advisors to deliver top-quality service to our valued customers.

• Diagnose and repair automotive issues efficiently and accurately
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and assess vehicle performance
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Automotive Mechanic
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
