Caples Car Care is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Westminster, MD, offering $37.50 per flagged hour with top technician earning potential of $110,000-$120,000+ annually. This flat-rate opportunity includes an $800/week guarantee for the first 90 days and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Technicians work in an 8-bay shop with seven lifts and an alignment rack, servicing approximately 75 vehicles per week.

• Diagnose drivability and vehicle concerns
• Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs
• Complete engine, transmission, and differential repairs
• Use Snap-on and Autel diagnostic equipment
• Produce 40+ billable hours per week
• Work with the Shop Foreman and technician team
• Complete quality repairs while maintaining productivity

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to complete repairs independently
• Experience with Snap-on and Autel scan tools
• Ability to consistently produce 40+ billable hours per week
• Team-focused approach to quality repairs

• $37.50 per flagged hour
