BPR LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Site Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys designing site layouts, grading plans, and infrastructure while managing projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an independent thinker, and enjoys working collaboratively with both clients and internal team members.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

• Design commercial and residential site development projects
• Prepare site layout and grading plans
• Design stormwater management systems
• Design water and sewer infrastructure
• Manage multiple civil engineering projects and deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Produce accurate construction documents using Civil 3D
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and applicable regulations

• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong site grading and site design skills
• Experience with commercial and residential land development projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Stormwater management design
• Water and sewer design
• Project management
• Land development design

A college degree or professional certification is not required. Relevant experience will be strongly considered.
