Laundry Attendant

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Laundry Room Attendant for a full-service laundry services client. This candidate will play a role in supporting daily laundry operations by operating laundry equipment, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet throughout the day, and possesses basic computer skills for customer transactions and operational tasks.

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle laundry materials safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous laundry, hospitality, or industrial equipment experience
• Experience working with commercial laundry machines
• Cash handling or front desk/customer-facing experience
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience
