The Early Childhood Teacher will plan, organize, and implement the instructional program in a Catholic learning environment that encourages students to develop and fulfill their full academic potential. The role is responsible for supervising children at all times and providing a safe, developmentally appropriate program that complies with all mandated state and Archdiocesan policies and procedures. The position is part‑time, scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Provide a grade‑appropriate instructional program for Early Childhood students that adheres to the school’s philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Develop lesson plans with clear objectives in line with the Archdiocesan course of study.
• Observe and assess student progress, keep detailed records of behavior and progress, and share information with parents.
• Communicate in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
• Attend all faculty meetings, professional development days, and workshops.

• 4‑year degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience working in an approved early childhood school.
• Experience in a Catholic school setting is a plus.
• Experience working with a developmentally appropriate readiness program desired.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
• Position requires absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and a team‑player approach.

$32,000 - $35,000, Annualized
