Location:
Main Campus - Westminster, MD 21157. Position Type:
Full Time. Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and shift differential.
Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift Assembly Technician.
Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
- Assemble ramps, tub housings, welded structures, and vehicle components using hand and power tools.
- Install hardware, brackets, hinges, fasteners, and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and functionality throughout the build process.
- Read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and measurements.
- Safely operate common assembly equipment and tools.
- Verify parts and materials before assembly.
- Communicate quality, safety, or material concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production and work order documentation.
- Support inventory counts and material organization efforts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications What We're Looking For- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to build and repair things.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, or assembly equipment.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Manufacturing or production assembly
- Automotive repair or vehicle upfitting
- Fabrication or welding support
- Construction or skilled trades
- Mechanical maintenance
- Industrial equipment assembly
- Blueprint or drawing interpretation
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier materials with assistance.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include varying temperatures, noise, and production activity.
