Receiving and shipping products, inventory control, parts kit assembly, and associated computer functions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in control of raw and manufactured parts inventory, general/preventative maintenance of departmental tools and equipment, and participation in cross training as both trainer and trainee when assigned.

• Acts under the supervision of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
• Utilizes work order processing software
• Prepares outbound shipments
• Unloads and receives inbound shipments
• Delivers parts/supplies to workstations
• Processes outbound work orders and receipts
• Prepares small and large parts kits
• Maintains inventory at optimum stockpile levels
• Participates in ongoing cross training as trainer and trainee in the Shipping/Receiving Department
• Maintains a safe and clean workspace and department
• Contributes to the evolution and improvement of current systems and processes

• Detail oriented
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Ability to individually lift 50–100 pounds
• Physical ability to work full day lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling in a non-environmentally controlled, loud work environment
• Ability to judge distances and read signs
• Experience in material handling/warehouse preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current and valid OSHA Forklift Operator’s License (training can be provided)
• High School Diploma or GED; preference given for Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills
