Shipping, Receiving, and Catching Associate

Receive incoming shipments: unpack, count, verify accuracy, and record in software.

Move, handle, and store inventory as needed.

Contact team members about stock issues, shipping delays, or other order-related matters.

Prepare outgoing shipments by pulling products and packaging according to documentation.

Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse and work area.

Catch garments/items as they come off the screen-printing press and inspect for quality.

Identify and separate misprints or defective items for correction.

Accurately fold, count, and organize items by size and order.

Help load/unload items onto presses to support press operators.

Report equipment issues or malfunctions immediately.

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Excellent computer skills; ability to learn new industry-specific software.
• Knowledge of software including GSuite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
