Our client is seeking a dedicated Line Feeder to join their team. As a Line Feeder, you will be an integral part of the production process supporting warehouse, planning, and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Westminster, MD

Pay Range: 20.25

Shift: 6am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Work closely with warehouse, planning, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow to production cells.
• Convert production picks from the warehouse and issue materials to production lines.
• Identify and troubleshoot material discrepancies proactively to prevent delays.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and team meetings to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial assembly or related fields.
• Ability to understand and comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and others.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
