Assembly, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Production Associate / Production Line
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the production and assembly line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler
Location: Westminster, MD
Pay Range:
Shift: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday’s 6:00 am to 10:00 am with overtime available and occasionally mandatory
What's the Job?
- Participate in the execution of kitting material delivered to the work cell within designated time frames
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies
- Read prints and execute small assemblies accurately
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, packaging sealers, and paper folding machines as needed
- Update company Boards daily and contribute to production meetings focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or industrial work
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience working on cars or mechanically inclined skills are a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and execute small assemblies
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet monthly sales targets
