TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital is hiring a PRN Pre‑Op Registered Nurse.

TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital is a leading surgical facility dedicated to providing high‑quality care and a service‑oriented environment.

As a Pre‑Op RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations. You will work both as a Pre‑Op and Post‑Op Registered Nurse, including medical/surgical duties in pre‑ and post‑operative settings.

• Provide patient‑centered pre‑operative nursing care.
• Maintain infection control standards and patient safety.
• Prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Make nursing decisions based on sound judgment and documentation.

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS certification required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
