** Available shifts are below:
**** Full-Time & Part-Time (3:00pm-11:00pm)
**** Full-Time (7:00am-3:00pm)
**** All shifts include every other weekend rotation.

** What You’ll Do as CNA II at Carroll Lutheran Village:
*** Assist nursing staff with completion of senior resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care
* Perform vital signs on senior residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
* Complete required documentation in a timely manner
* Ensure the safety of our senior residents
* Assist with motivating senior residents to help keep them active and engaged

** What You'll Need as a CNA II with Carroll Lutheran Village:
*** 1-year experience or more is required
* Must hold a current certification and CNA II license
* Must possess a positive and professional attitude
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
* Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus
* Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with senior residents
* Ability to listen attentively is essential
* A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
* Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with senior residents to increase their comfort level
* Prior knowledge organizing social activities for senior residents is a plus
* Current CPR Certification
