Job Location:
Carroll Lutheran Village Inc, Westminster, MD 21158.
Salary Range: $16.50–$20.11 per hour. Positions:
Full‑time and Part‑time CNA II.
Shifts:
Full‑time: 7:00am–3:00pm;
Part‑time: 3:00pm–11:00pm. All shifts include every other weekend rotation.
We’re seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA II) to support our Assisted Living residents at a 5‑Star Quality‑Rated facility.
What You’ll Do as a CNA II- Assist nursing staff with the completion of senior resident activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and oral care.
- Perform vital signs on senior residents at the beginning of each shift and as directed.
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safety of senior residents.
- Assist in motivating senior residents to remain active and engaged.

- At least one year of experience.
- Current certification and CNA II license.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Team‑oriented work style.
- Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when interacting with senior residents.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing assignments.
- Previous experience building relationships with senior residents and organizing social activities is a plus.
- Current CPR certification.
