Part-Time (3:00pm-11:00pm) All shifts include every other weekend rotation.

What You'll Do as CNA II at Carroll Lutheran Village:
- Assist nursing staff with completion of senior resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care
- Perform vital signs on senior residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure the safety of our senior residents
- Assist with motivating senior residents to help keep them active and engaged

Qualifications
- 1-year experience or more is required
- Must hold a current certification and CNA II license
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with senior residents
- Ability to listen attentively is essential
- A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
- Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with senior residents to increase their comfort level
- Prior knowledge organizing social activities for senior residents is a plus
- Current CPR Certification
