We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health to join our team on a 16-week contract assignment serving patients throughout Carroll and Howard Counties, Maryland. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes while working independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in home health settings.
- Assess patients and monitor their ongoing healthcare needs.
- Implement and manage physician-ordered care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care plans.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate patient progress and concerns with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and agency policies.

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment.
