Job SummaryThe Quality Document Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring quality compliance and document control across all service lines of Loenbro’s QMS and construction projects. This position combines QA/QC field and office responsibilities with document management, ensuring all quality procedures, records, inspections, and turnover packages are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
This role collaborates closely with construction, fabrication, and project controls teams to support QMS deliverables while maintaining alignment with company accreditations and industry quality standards.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Review QMS documented procedures in accordance with codes, drawings, and specifications
- Review procedures and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME,AISC,AWS,API,NACE, NEC, ACI)
- Assist with document control revision, ensuring control and accurate tracking across all documents
- Track, review, and manage documented NCR/CAR/RCA reports for timely completion
- Provide training and guidance tofield personnelwhen change management occurs
- Maintain current knowledge of changes in codesand apply to QMS
- Provide supportforrecord keeping for inspection logs, quality records, and compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to internal quality management systems and audit requirements
- Coordinate with Internal business linesand production teams to resolve documentation issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of experience in QA/QC document control within industrial or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of document control forcode compliance processes
- Experience with quality management systems and project documentation
- Ability to read and interpret codes, technical drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with industry standards (ASME,AISC,AWS,API,NACE,NEC, ACI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with NDT methods and reporting
- Experience supporting industrial construction or fabrication projects
