Shape Product Quality, One Measurement at a Time
Based in Westminster, MD, you will be the go-to expert who verifies that every mechanical component and assembly meets exacting specifications. Your day moves from blueprint to bench: interpreting drawings, setting up gauges, capturing precise measurements, and partnering with engineering and production to keep quality at the center of everything we ship.
A Day in the LifeMorning might start with a complex assembly. You’ll review the mechanical drawing, confirm tolerances, and perform a full dimensional check using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM. Midday, you’ll log inspection findings and flag any nonconformances with crisp documentation. In the afternoon, you might join a root cause discussion with engineers, propose corrective actions, and help refine a control plan or inspection protocol.
You’ll wrap by updating records and staying current on the latest standards and best practices.
