In the position of a Sales Associate, one will provide assistance to the Store Management Team in setting up, presenting, and preserving a seasonal retail store. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and aiding in the various functions of the store, such as increasing sales, ensuring cleanliness, and implementing theft prevention measures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative:
* Support in the setup, exhibiting, wrapping up, and disassembling of the store.
* Provide top-quality customer service in adherence to company-mandated service guidelines.
* Play a role in supporting sales by interacting effectively with customers and utilizing sign waving as a promotional tool.
* Perform general housekeeping tasks to uphold store cleanliness and organization.
