About the Role:
Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Water Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct in-home water testing and evaluations, including EPA-standard testing procedures, to assess water quality and identify plumbing concerns.
You’ll educate homeowners on their water conditions, recommend customized water treatment solutions, and prepare accurate estimates to improve water quality and system performance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform professional in-home water testing and evaluations.
- Conduct EPA-standard water quality testing.
- Assess plumbing systems and identify water-related concerns.
- Clearly explain results in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Recommend customized water treatment solutions.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates.
- Maintain thorough documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Attend sales and networking meetings to build relationships.
- Utilize social media, trade shows, and networking to generate leads.
- Self-generate a minimum of 3 orders per week in addition to company-provided leads.
- Uncapped earning potential (top performers earn $90K+).

Qualifications:We are seeking candidates who are:
- Experienced in customer-focused roles.
- Self-motivated, driven, and high-energy.
- Strong communicators who can deliver clear and accurate information.
- Comfortable working independently in customer homes.
- Persistent and determined.
- Comfortable making occasional cold calls.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Able to provide reliable transportation for frequent sales calls.
- In possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a background check.
Sales, telemarketing, canvassing, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of plumbing or water treatment is helpful, but training is provided.
