As a Home Services Inspector, you’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build relationships ensuring homes and families are protected.

• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect interior and exterior of the customer's home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address any questions.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company iPad.

No Experience Required – we’ll train you!

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment including OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
